The brand-new Momentum Awards at Net Health NEXT 2026 celebrate the innovation and progress happening across our client community, spotlighting organizations and leaders who are making measurable impacts in healthcare and demonstrating the power of partnership and forward thinking.
With a combination of WoundExpert, DataBridge, and FHIR services allowed Wound Care Advantage to innovate and advance their own proprietary business intelligence solution for wound care centers. Customized dashboards, gamified education tools, and real-time visibility into patient outcomes, revenue, and compliance performance have enabled Wound Care Advantage to lead to better outcomes for the patients they serve.
Functional Pathways employed Net Health Optima, Direct Bill, and Alinea to drive incredible growth with specific and valuable insights into their residents’ health and wellness. Tracking 6,000 wellness events across 46 locations in a 10-month period gave Functional Pathways unique insight into their patients, allowing them to get home sooner and stronger.

A hybrid approach combines traditional in-clinic therapy with digital solutions, and Athletico’s use of RTM services increased patient compliance, reduced drop-off rate, and improved patient outcomes as well as providers’ ability to deliver care.
