Diversity in the workplace is an on-going issue but it’s an issue with solutions. To build diversity, it takes forward-thinking initiatives, a reexamination of the hiring philosophy, and the support of the company’s decision-makers. Net Health did something different recently. IN THIS ISSUE: Take advantage of Net Health University for the latest Agility materials.
The Scenario
You like to stay abreast of the latest and greatest available within Agility—whether that means learning about the latest release, new functionality and tools, or regulatory changes.
The Solution
Net Health University (NHU) provides on-demand, 24-7 access to Agility education and is often updated with fresh learning opportunities. Here are a few examples of why you want to stay current with Net Health University and sign up for an account if you haven't yet.
Release notes.
Leading up to an Agility release, you can discover what features and enhancements to expect in Agility once your facility upgrades. These may cover regulatory updates, features that make your life easier, improvements that lead to more thorough documentation and more. Release notes give you an explanation of the enhancement and also point you to where you can find more information in the how-to documentation. We highly recommend reading these for each release to make sure you’re taking advantage of all Agility has to offer!
Look for email notifications about new releases three times a year. These notifications will remind you to visit NHU and look for the course: Agility Release Notes.
Net Health University hosts learning and detailed communications when a new tool is available for you. Two recent examples include new and improved Agility portals and Business Insights with Doctrix by Synergen Health.
When we launched our revamped Employee, Manager, Employer and Patient portals, many of you joined us for webinars outlining the time-saving benefits. If you missed those original webinars and want to get up to speed on how portals can make your clinic more efficient, find the recordings on NHU. Look for 'Employee Portal (Webinar),' ‘Manager Portal (Webinar), 'Employer Portal (Webinar),' or ‘Patient Portal (Webinar).’ If you move forward with using the new portals, you’ll find a video training guide for each portal on, you guessed it, NHU!
Business Insights with Doctrix by Synergen Health is a dashboard analytics tool available for Agility Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care clients. Catch the webinar recording that shows how crucial financial and patient flow reports can save you money! Look for the 'Business Insights (for occupational medicine and urgent care)’ course within NHU to view these materials.
Regulatory Information.
When it comes to instructions about regulatory information, Net Health University is a great starting point. You'll find instructional videos about electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS), a handy how-to guide on Documenting Medication Waste on Medicare Claims, and more.
To access this information, click the 'Agility Release Notes' course, then look in the 'Documentation' folder.
