IN THIS ISSUE: Ease your reporting burden.
Learn how to make running (and re-running) reports a breeze.
The Scenario
Whether it's surveillance, productivity, or financial, reports are likely a valuable tool to keep your clinic on track--but running those reports might be a time-consuming part of your year.
Maybe it's 15 reports that need to be run each month, 5 that need to be run each week, or a single report that needs to be run each day, it takes time to select, build, and run those reports. You're wondering if there's a better way.
The Solution
Many of the reports you run consistently, you can save (or in Agility, known as memorize) the criteria of the report so that you don't need to enter it each time you need the report.
Even better, those reports can be placed in a batch and scheduled to run on a specific day of the week, time of the month, or calendar date and time of the day. This means you don't have to trigger running the reports or 'monitor' each report or batch of reports as they run.
Here's an example: There are 10 reports you need for month end reporting. Memorize these 10 reports, then place them in a batch called 'Month End' and schedule it to run the 2nd day of every month at 5am, so the results are waiting for you when you come in for the day.

Thanks for your input on November's Product Satisfaction Survey.
Each quarter, we ask you to complete a brief survey sharing feedback on Agility. Those who complete the survey are entered into a drawing, this time for an Apple iPad Air 2 or a donation to a charitable organization of the winner's choice. And this quarter's winner is Charlie P. Congratulations! Thanks for your thoughtful feedback.
Keep your eye out for the next survey, coming in February!
