Net Health employees recently took a survey that asked, “How would you describe the culture at Net Health?” The results were, well, mixed. It turns out there were just as many “Laid Back” and “Informal” answers as there were “Determined” and “Driven” answers.
Formal Friday was created to celebrate such a paradox. This ironic play on the typical “casual Friday” has become Pittsburgh’s Best Dressed Flash Mob.
For this celebration, we dressed in our best, gathered for afternoon high-tea, then visited a local bowling alley for Black Tie Bowling to show our style to the world.
