The Net Health executive team has adopted the leadership philosophy documented within The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Achieving Your Wildly Important Goals. Over the last several months, each department has strategically crafted its Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) to match the overall WIGs of the organization. To celebrate the departmental WIG launch, true to Net Health form, we added a little fun to the mix. Instead of just implementing our WIGs, we sported actual wigs throughout the day! Employees also had the chance to show off their cooking abilities by contributing to an office wide potluck lunch. It was a fun day in the office and a memorable way to commence the beginning of a new company initiative to achieve our Wildly Important Goals.
