Today, we got our hands dirty.
We’re fortunate to have a Wellness Specialist on our Net Health Life team and, this month, she tackled something big: stress relief. In the Pittsburgh office, the local Shadyside Nursery brought plants and supplies so we could build our own pint-sized terrariums. Turns out gardening is relaxing, even in miniature form!
Nine people wanted to rappel down a 21-story building, for real.
Pittsburgh’s Our Clubhouse “Over the Edge” event is a blast, if you like sliding down a 21-story building on a rope. Turns out, we do. After a mega-successful first showing in 2015 we’re doing it again. From nine volunteers, Christina Lamanna and Mel Eisele were crowned for top fundraising. Net Healthers raised over $3,000. Boom! Over […]
Wow, that’s a big group photo.
There’s one event where 99.9% of our team come together in the Pittsburgh homeland—the annual Summer CONNECT, and we [heart] it. Recently, 265 Net Healthers gathered for a purposefully non-traditional business day. The agenda? Ten staff speakers with Ted-style talks (NhED, anyone?), employee awards, in-house musicians, and inspiration from executive leadership.
Why have an open house when you can have a carnival?
Taking advantage of the full Net Health team (265 peeps!) being in town, we threw an employee party to unveil dramatically rennovated office space in Pittsburgh. Strategically placed carnival games (okay, casino tables too), super star catering, and libations from a brewmaster staffer kept people moving through every nook and cranny of our three floors.
Relay for Life – Team Net Health
As part of both Net Health’s Wellness efforts AND our corporate value of giving back, our team in Altoona, PA participated in their local Relay for Life event this past weekend. In addition to raising more than $2,000 to support the American Cancer Society, Net Health was honored with Relay for Life’s 24-hour Commitment Award […]
2nd Annual Mini-Golf Invitational
You know what tech companies like more than ping pong? Mini-golf. Our 2nd annual mini-golf invitational was the most recent Formal Friday event in the Brentwood and Pittsburgh offices. Thematic holes designed by staff teams ranged from politics to jello shots (orange please). Net Healthers and their families played through in their best formal golf attire.
Top 10 Entertainment Project of the Year
We made the best. use. ever. of the scary basement in our Pittsburgh HQ (complete with creepy human size wire cages!). Our 2015 Halloween project was recognized by the Pittsburgh CREATE Festival as one of the “Top 10 Entertainment Projects” of the year. BOOM to the Net Health songwriters and musicians playing a monster mash […]
Whale Sightings @ the WoundExpert® Client Conference
Our WoundExpert product pros really went in for the krill (I said it) when they designed the client conference at SAWC Spring in Atlanta. With the buoyant backdrop of the Georgia Aquarium our clients hit a variety of small group interactive mini-sessions focused on product features, wound care workflow, and regulatory matters. Docent-led views of […]
Tech Vibe Radio Show
Pittsburgh Technology Council’s #TechVibeRadio visited Net Health last week! Listen in on their interview with our CEO, Anthony Sanzo, President, Patrick Colletti, and some other “pacesetting” Strip District companies.
Marketing Team Awarded for Creative Work
Our seven-man marketing crew was psyched to be awarded a 2016 Best of Industry title in the Web Marketing Association’s Internet Advertising Competition. They brought home the “Best Healthcare Integrated Ad Campaign” trophy for an Occupational Medicine campaign that included a Buzzfeed style personality quiz. Oh, and this Super Cat here was named Outstanding Website.
We only hire talented folks. Thing is, we love it when we discover a ridiculously cool talent we would never see at the the office. National Accounts Vice President of Sales, Brian Lancaster, is a sales guy by day and a master sand sculptor by night (okay, probably only on the weekends). He led our troops […]
Nashville’s Getting Some (well-deserved) Attention
When finalists are asked, “What Billboard hit best represents your company?” and then pose for their official photo with instruments, odds are you won an award in Nashville! Our Brentwood, TN, team struck up the band when they were recently recognized among 35 area companies on the Nashville Business Journal’s Best in Business list. The journal […]
Once a month, we love to celebrate our team member’s birthdays. Here’s to March babies, Fridays, and CAKE, lots and lots of cake!
The Net Health Pittsburgh team toasted to a great 2015 at our annual CONNECT celebration at the Carnegie Museum, Great Gatsby style. Guests sported their best roaring 20s look, cut the rug to live tunes from the decade, and even tested their knowledge of 20s slang. Needless to say, it was the cat’s pajamas!
Combined Sections Meeting of the American Physical Therapy Association
Our team joined thousands of therapy professionals for the Combined Sections Meeting in Anaheim. We had a great time sharing why ReDoc is the perfect fit for PTs and spreading the Net Health love with plenty of swag and Apple Watch giveaways (congrats ladies!). Friday night, our clients joined us for an exclusive ReDoc event at the Ruth’s […]

Straight down 21 stories…on the outside!
Catch your breath, step to the edge, and rappel 21 stories down EQT Plaza in downtown Pittsburgh. Net Health raised more than $3,600 (in only three days!) from employees and friends to earn the opportunity to go “Over the Edge”, a program benefiting Our Clubhouse Pittsburgh. Our Dir. Net Health Life, Dana Bethune, and Dir. Software Development, […]
Swapping Tuxedos for Hula Hoops this Time Around
Knock, knock. Who’s there? Whiskey. (Two blocks from the Pittsbugh office!) Wigle Whiskey was the site of our recent Pittsburgh Formal Friday party and, with the full onset of summer, we gave it a Hawaiian twist. Yes, that’s right. Whiskey tastings and distillery tours with a “Grass Skirts Welcome” policy. Oh, and a watermelon shark.
WoundExpert Client Soiree at San Antonio’s River Walk
An industry main event, the Spring Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC), is a place we always entertain clients. San Antonio’s River Walk offered a scenic and cocktail-laden opportunity to try something new. Rounds of speed-dating style education let clients explore topics like trending compliance issues and proposed product features. The verdict? Big win.
Ladies and Gentleman, we’ve seen the future of Physical Therapy…and it looks great in hats. (And mustaches, crazy glasses, boas, ear muffs, etc.) During last week’s trip to APTA NEXT, an event designed for forward-thinkers in the industry, the Net Health photo booth was brimming with fun-loving crowds of therapists and students. Perfect fit.
Net Health CONNECT: Nashville-style
The CONNECT tour bus drove through the night (seriously) so Net Health leaders could be bright-eyed and musically inclined for the Nashville stop on the Winter CONNECT Roadshow. It’s our bi-annual opportunity to share “state of the company” nitty-gritty that’s capped off with a party (of the par-taay variety). The Nashville team got to hoot-it-up […]
How does Agility make your life easier?
The monitoring and maintenance of reporting requirements can be very cumbersome without an electronic application. There are numerous options within Agility to monitor surveillance activities and to support OSHA and state-specific reporting requirements. Here’s a few that you may or may not be familiar with: Federal or State-mandated forms are built into Agility: – OSHA […]
Employee Health Departments: Managing Information to Keep Employees Safe
OSHA reports that 4,405 workers died on the job in 2013. The Secretary of Labor, Thomas E. Perez, stated, “No one should have to sacrifice their life for their livelihood, because a nation built on the dignity of work must provide safe working conditions for its people”. Working toward this effort, OSHA requires tracking of […]
Soooooo, how did it go?
So, how did flu season go for your clinic this year? Did the Ebola outbreak create a crisis for your organization? Have Measles and Mumps re-emerged in your area? Does the thought of maintaining your OSHA Log make you want to hide under a log? There are so many mandates and regulatory standards to keep […]
