Employee Awards
Client Engagement Award
To honor a Client Services employee who delivers consistently stellar service to Net Health clients.
Impact Award
To honor any employee who went above and beyond in the duties of their position or in a specific situation to have a significant impact on a client/employee/the company. This person did more than what was asked or required of their daily function and made a long-term impact on the way we do business that is still felt today.
Innovation Award
To honor an employee who has utilized a new and/or innovative approach, technique, or technology to improve Net Health, our employees or our clients.
Rookie of the Year Award
To honor a new employee who hit the ground running for an immediate impact on a client, team members or the company (we’ll include a list of everyone who’s eligible). Cutoff date of eligibility is start date after March 30th 2020.
Net Health Spirit Award
To honor an employee who exudes an uncapped enthusiasm for NH and a willingness to overcome all challenges to ensure success. This person keeps a great attitude and encourages fun while working. They also help others for the betterment of their team, show commitment and flexibility with a primary focus on their effect on other people and interactions with others.
Net Health Values Award
To honor an employee who best embodies one or more of our Values of Agility, Collaboration, Imagination, and Empathy.
Inspirational Leader of the Year Award
This person is a leader who people look up to and strive to emulate. They have an inspiring leadership style and are motivating, bringing out the best in others. They create positivity and enable people to be the best they can be and succeed. They are a good role model, embody true leadership characteristics, demonstrate initiative, promote a good work environment, foster pride in Net Health, handle difficult situations with tact, and inspire others to work collaboratively and creatively. Leaders below SLT level are eligible.
