Net Health, the leader in software solutions for specialized outpatient care, has been selected as one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare for the year 2014.
“We’re very proud of our corporate culture,” said Net Health CEO, Anthony Sanzo. “It is an honor to be named to this list, as it affirms our passion for creating a work environment where our employees can flourish. We strongly believe that we can best serve our customers through thriving employees.”
The magazine’s annual Best Places to Work in Healthcare program recognizes employers for creating workplaces throughout the healthcare industry that empower their employees to provide customers with the best possible products and services.
While Net Health has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for eight consecutive years and as a Top Work Place in Tennessee, this is the first time it participated in the Modern Healthcare process.
Net Health employees are guided by company values in their daily work. These values promote growth professionally, personally, and in the employees’ communities. Through its employees, Net Health is committed to its support of 3,000 customers, helping them fulfill their important missions.
The importance of company culture was cemented early in Net Health’s history. “I am grateful for the vison my partners, Patrick Colletti and Chris Hayes demonstrated when they established a supportive, innovative and challenging environment to attract and retain the best possible talent.” Sanzo acknowledges, “There is no substitute for starting early in meaningful competition. Patrick and Chris laid the cultural groundwork for our 200 employee group at a time when we were fewer than 20 employees.”
Keeping company culture alive and well can become a challenge amidst rapid growth, but the Net Health team is committed to doing so. Meaningful employee engagement is a key company goal. An employee-formed Culture Team helps the company to engage co-workers employees with social events, wellness initiatives, and philanthropic community activities throughout the year.
