Net Health, the leader in software solutions for specialized outpatient care, was honored yesterday at Modern Healthcare magazine’s Best Places to Work 2014 awards gala. Net Health was ranked among the top 100 healthcare providers, insurers, vendors, and suppliers recognized by the magazine at a celebratory event following their seventh annual Best Places to Work in Healthcare Conference held in Chicago.
Net Health CEO, Anthony Sanzo, explains, “We’re proud of this recognition. It’s important to us to maintain a corporate culture where employees can flourish. The result is an employee group that’s highly committed to our clients and vested in helping them fulfill their own important purpose. When your business is healthcare, everything becomes mission critical. Our experience is that client experience is a lagging indicator of culture.”
Pointing out that “top talent always gravitates toward the best places to work,” Modern Healthcare editors explain that their program was created to honor companies that “empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services.”
“These two notions, attracting the strongest employees and empowering employees to have a significant impact, can only go hand in hand,” states Sanzo. “As this company has grown from 20 to more than 200 employees, we’ve worked throughout the years to embed a well-designed corporate culture institutionally at Net Health.”
He adds, “Our goal to make space for creativity. We want the energy of open possibility, and employees seeing a runway for their own achievement, to be virtually indistinguishable from their job description. Also importantly, our culture doesn’t only value professional success—employees are engaged with myriad social events, wellness initiatives, and philanthropic community activities throughout the year.”
Net Health has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for eight consecutive years and as a Top Work Place in Tennessee.
