Dear Agility,
It is crucial that I document Visits, Incidents, and Cases in Agility so they are all in one place when I need to access information for a patient. However, I’m always so busy that if I’m not paying close attention, I end up clicking the wrong window, tab, or button. I also struggle at times to find the patient or list of patients that I’m looking for. Is there an easier way for me to keep track of where I am in the workflow and remember what to click and when?
The Solution
We are excited to announce that our latest release, Agility 11.1, offers a more efficient and user-friendly experience. We’ve made it easier for you to click through your workflow and easily recognize tabs and buttons in the Enter Visit, View Visit, View Incidents, and View Cases Windows.
Enter Visit Window
We overhauled our Enter Visit window to provide a convenient way to document, especially for EMR visits. The layout of the window and tabs is more consistent and organized overall. Take a look at the updates:

We also improved our View Visit, View Incidents, and View Cases Windows to provide an easy, yet comprehensive means of searching for Visits, Incidents, and Cases. We’ve consolidated multiple windows to allow for a unified workflow, and we’ve added filters and the ability to search for single patients or a complete list. Check out the modifications:
If you haven’t yet upgraded to Agility 11.1, what are you waiting for? You don’t want to miss out on the enhancements to the look and feel of the application, and even more updates.
This upgrade may require some technical updates on the server/PC where Agility is installed. Download these instructions and we’ll walk you through the process to make sure you’re ready for Agility 11.1.

Did You Know?
A few months ago we sent out a Flu Workflow Survey that nearly 70 of you completed. Although no two facilities are the same, the survey highlighted key needs our users share. Most of our clients noted they prefer to use Tablets, iPads or smart phones to quickly administer the flu vaccine. Scanning employee badges, according to the responses, would expedite the entire process. Besides quickly and conveniently locating patients/employees, a solution to collect responses and signatures without scanning is another critical need the survey identified. Removing the tedious workflow of printing and scanning consent forms would resolve a pain point most of our users experience. Thank you to those who completed the survey so that we can better partner with you in improving the flu vaccinations process.
