Our product and support teams work hard to understand your day-to-day challenges and devise solutions that aim to make your life easier. We’ll use this forum to highlight various topics and offer a helping hand toward increasing your efficiency.
Dear ReDoc,
When we implemented ReDoc, we used Net Health University training courses to learn the product and get up to speed. Am I still able to login to view courses and are there any benefits to continuing to use it?
The Solution
Yes! Net Health University (NHU), formerly known as ReDoc University, was created in 2010. NHU provides on-demand ReDoc education for all levels of users and often has fresh learning opportunities available. Here are just a few reasons you want to continue to use Net Health University. And if this is your first time hearing about NHU, welcome! Read on to learn how NHU can help your team jump-start its productivity.
On-Demand Learning and Tips
Log in at any time for a refresher on training materials, help guides, and for more advanced users, quick tips on topics like Complex Treatment Cycles, Matching Correct Facilities, G-Code Troubleshooting, and FLR Discharging Scenarios. Even better, the courses and materials you see in Net Health University are customized based on your job role and discipline.
Train New Employees
Making sure new employees are trained quickly, efficiently and well is essential. Net Health University access will allow your new employees to learn ReDoc from our internal team of experts. Whether it’s a video or a live “Ask the Expert” webinar, NHU provides an easy to follow, role-based, learning curriculum for anyone new to your organization.
View Past Webinars
Are you a ReDoc Classic client who missed our most recent CPT code webinar about the new codes that took effect January 1? Watch the live playback on Net Health University. This year we will be offering more and more NHU Live sessions. Visit NHU to see what webinars are available and register. If you don’t see a live session date and time that works for you, no problem. The recording will be made available for you to watch on-demand on NHU.

And the winner is…
Thanks for your input on our latest Product Satisfaction Survey.
Each quarter, we ask you to complete a brief survey sharing feedback on ReDoc. Those who complete the survey are entered into a drawing, this time for an Apple Watch, Sport edition or a donation to a charitable organization of the winner’s choice. And this quarter’s winner is Linda L. Congratulations! Thanks for your thoughtful feedback.
Keep your eye out for next quarter’s survey coming this February.
