MatrixCare Census Subscriber Feed (CSF) Integration FAQs

What clients need to know about the changes MatrixCare is making to the integration with Optima

As part of a broader modernization initiative, MatrixCare 360, aimed at enhancing integration performance and reliability, has updated how ADT messages are delivered to Net Health Optima. Previously, for MatrixCare 360 sites, Optima retrieved ADT messages directly. This process has now been replaced by the new MatrixCare Census Subscriber Feed (CSF), which automatically pushes ADT messages to Optima every five minutes.

Net Health began migrating clients with MatrixCare 360 sites to the new integration in June and completed the final wave in September 2025. All new MatrixCare 360 implementations will automatically use the updated CSF integration.

MatrixCare’s pricing depends on when the integration for a specific site and instance of Optima was established:

  • Existing Site Integrations (set up and enabled before January 1, 2026): $10 per month
  • New Site Integrations (set up and enabled on or after January 1, 2026): $30 per month

MatrixCare will bill Net Health directly for all integration fees, and starting January 1, 2026, we’ll pass those fees straight through to you based on your agreement with Net Health. Just to be clear, Net Health won’t be adding any extra charges — we’re simply passing along the exact amount of MatrixCare charges, based on their per-site fee and how many integrations you have. Your invoices will show the number of existing and new site integrations, along with the matching fees.

This same pricing will apply for sites using LPC (aka AOD) and SigmaCare, effective April 1, 2026.

For MatrixCare 360 (f/k/a MatrixCare SNF), the new pricing will take effect on January 1, 2026.
For LPC (aka AOD) and SigmaCare the new pricing will take effect on April 1, 2026.

Please note that Net Health will be billing at the parent level, even if some clients are currently billed at the site level. If clients request changes to their invoices, they will need to handle splitting any items internally through their billing or finance team.

Please note that charges will be reflective in February invoices for January enablement’s.
