Chief Executive Officer, Board Director
Ron’s leadership abilities and visionary thinking, as evidenced by his time at ECI, will be at the core of his new role. He will lead the company during the current phase of accelerated growth, spurring ongoing innovation while continuing to position Net Health as a collaborative health technology partner. As a member of Net Health’s Board of Directors, Ron has a deep understanding of the company and its goals.
Ron has over 20 years of experience with ECI, where he served as vice president of sales, COO, and CEO, holding the leadership position from 2009 to 2021. While he led as CEO, ECI grew from less than $50 million in revenue to over $450 million. In 2020, ECI was sold at a multi-million-dollar valuation after Ron and his team developed and executed a strategic plan that included overseeing 41 M&A transactions and a successful software license-to-cloud migration across nearly a dozen platforms.
Previously, Ron was an Operating Executive for Carlyle’s Technology Group, where he worked on buyout and growth deals. Ron joined Carlyle in 2021 with a specific focus on leading value-creation initiatives.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick oversees corporate accounting, finance operations and corporate data analytics. He has over 30 years of expansive professional experience including his time at Net Health. Previously, he served in a consulting role with a publicly traded company performing acquisition integration services and as the CFO of a start-up in the solar energy industry, where he was part of the executive team effort of raising over $150 million in funding. Mr. Rooney began his career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, where he had numerous leadership roles as a Partner.
Patrick is a CPA (inactive license) and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Summa Cum Laude from Duquesne University.
Executive Vice President, Sales
Mark is responsible for the Revenue, Revenue operations, and Sale Development. Mark has over 25 years’ experience creating sales organizations increasing and exceeding revenue in several sectors including Retail/CPG, Financial Services, Government, & High Tech. Mark has acquired several management skills including understanding the art & science for running a sales organization. Mark is effective at creating high-performance sales teams that are committed to improving the organization while driving revenue growth. He earned his Photography degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Chief Product Officer
Kevin leads the product organization at Net Health. Prior to this role, he cofounded Tissue Analytics, Inc. in 2014 and served as the company’s CEO until its acquisition by Net Health in 2020. Kevin has been recognized as a speaker at the GSV Pioneer Summit, CES, and the Conference of the European Wound Management Association. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and later joined Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design for his Master of Science in Engineering degree. Kevin lives with his wife and son in Silver Spring, MD.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Francesca Vereb brings extensive experience to her role at Net Health. She worked at Cvent from 2015 to 2022, holding key positions such as Vice President Marketing, Sr. Director of Product Marketing, and Director of Marketing. She also contributed to Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as the Director of Strategic Marketing from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in her career, she worked at Hilton and AV Holdings.
Her expertise lies in strategic planning, operational excellence, and people management. Francesca has successfully built and scaled global teams. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand and is also a certified Real Estate Professional. Her leadership and skills contribute significantly to Net Health’s marketing success.
Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel
Josh is responsible for leading Net Health’s Risk organization, which includes the company’s legal, security, and product compliance functions. He brings over 20 years of broad-based legal experience to his role. Throughout his professional career, Josh has worked to foster a reputation as a creative and practical problem solver for complex legal and risk-related issues. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University.
Chief Technology Officer
For over 28+ years, Eric has developed software in a variety of industries, including healthcare. He has served as an Enterprise Architect for University Hospitals in Cleveland. As a Principal Architect, for the past decade before joining Net Health, he shepherded many large enterprises with their application modernization efforts.
In his current role, Eric serves as Net Health’s chief architect and also leads the software engineering organization that includes all of the product development teams for all of Net Health’s products.
Eric has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Computer Science.
Senior Vice President of Finance
Christy oversees corporate accounting and finance operations. She has over 20+ years of diversified international finance and operational experience overseeing transformations that result in increased productivity and profitability in public and private organizations. Previously, Christy supported revenue growth initiatives and profitability for large fortune 500 companies including American Eagle Outfitters (AEO), FedEx (FDX) and General Electric (GE). Christy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Pennsylvania State University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Linda oversees Human Resource/Life functions at Net Health, with a focus on helping leaders and their teams to elevate their effectiveness and prepare for growth. For 15 years, Linda served as Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson Corporation, where she led a team of 60 HR professionals who served the HR needs of over 5,000 employees – including the establishment of a comprehensive Leadership Development and Succession Planning system. Linda started her career as an external consultant and Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International, leading management development initiatives in organizations such as Coca-Cola, AT&T and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Linda earned a Ph.D. in Organization Development from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Regent University.
