Net Health Leadership Academy

Developing Effective Leaders

At Net Health, we want to provide both emerging leaders and senior leaders the opportunity to grow, learn leadership skills, and gain knowledge along the way. That’s why we have created the Leadership Academy, an educational platform that allows all leaders to identify a wide range of personal development goals, to connect with others in similar settings and to receive valuable coaching in their leadership roles.

New leaders or those aspiring to a leadership role can find out what it means to attain and practice a variety of skills, both practical and interpersonal, that every effective leader needs. Learn more about self-development, strategic thinking, active listening, the importance of embracing diversity and other skillsets that lead to workplace success.

More experienced leaders are invited to an in person meeting for 1 1/2 days of personal assessment and deeper learning into a relevant leadership topic. Connect with others one-on-one and in group settings that encourage meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

All leaders can partake in once-a-month leadership calls to learn and explore the characteristics that all accountable and empowered leaders need. These calls also provide the opportunity to gain insight through discussion with leaders at all levels about application and impact to real world situations.

All leaders with teams of five or more have the opportunity each year to participate in an anonymous Leadership feedback survey where their direct reports evaluate their effectiveness on key leadership skills and practices.  From this feedback, Leaders identify personal development goals and receive coaching to help them grow their leadership capabilities.

In collaboration with their manager, selected senior leaders participate in an in-depth, interview-based 360 Feedback assessment.  They identify specific development actions and receive coaching during a 4-6 month growth process, followed by a resurvey of their original assessors to gauge their progress.
