Janine Savage

As a health IT executive, Janine leads a multidisciplinary team delivering specialized software, advanced analytics, and strategic advisory services that enable organizations to succeed in value-based care environments. A Registered Nurse by training, she brings deep experience in clinical operations, compliance, and informatics. She works closely with executive stakeholders to design and implement analytics-driven solutions that translate policy into operational performance and measurable outcomes. Janine’s provider perspective was shaped by over 16 years of health system executive leadership, followed by national consulting work supporting provider organizations in health IT strategy, operational transformation, and performance improvement. Over the past decade, Janine has partnered with payers, state Medicaid agencies, and providers across care settings to design and operationalize value-based programs that improve quality, strengthen accountability, and drive sustainable results. She has led the development of innovative products and programs, including predictive patient-level care management analytics for payers, provider performance management platforms, and statewide value-based purchasing initiatives for nursing facilities, hospitals, and primary care. These programs are advancing the transformation of healthcare operations and payment.
