[VLOG] Hack The Ram 2020

On January 31st, 2020,  Pine Richland High School in Gibsonia, PA hosted a 24-hour “hackathon” event called Hack The Ram. Students ranging from 7th to 12th grade from around the Pittsburgh area, gathered to participate in collaborative activities, creating technology-focused projects from scratch.

For those unfamiliar with Hackathons, Kyle Smith, Vice President of Data Platform explains:

“Hackathons are really cool for young, budding technology enthusiasts to learn how to code and how fun it can be, while also getting together with friends to think about projects and seeing them to fruition. With this exposure, students can see how fun coding can be and motivate them into pursuing a career in this field.”

Net Health was a proud sponsor of this event, and Net Health employees Brian Luebbert-Hill, Jay Zhang and Kyle Smith were in attendance as volunteers to help students with their projects.
