On the Horizon for Net Health Therapy

As we head toward the final months of 2024, I thought it would be a good time to briefly introduce myself and show you how Net Health Therapy is working to serve you better. After four months on the team, I’ve had a chance to review our product lines and begin to understand our strengths and areas of opportunity. That said, I learn something new every day, and always welcome your feedback. Where do we need to improve? What are we doing right — but could be doing better? As we begin our push toward the end of the year, our goal is to listen first, then act with purpose to meet your needs.  

Performance Improvements 

On that note, we have heard you loud and clear and are more focused than ever on performance improvements. The team has moved to a monthly release cycle to move defect fixes and new features more quickly. While this has not always been smooth, we are putting in the extra time needed to improve our processes and prioritize quality assurance. Thank you for your continued patience as the team works through a lengthy backlog of high-priority items.   

Strategic Initiatives 

We are also working on game changers that are sure to help you create additional efficiencies in your daily workflow. Highlights include our continued migration to Azure Cloud, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and expanded data sharing. Momentum Building… 

Speaking of momentum, I’m happy to announce that Net Health TherapySource is now live across over 60 Rock Valley Physical Therapy locations for more than 400 users! This is a major success for Net Health, and a reminder that the best in the business choose Net Health Therapy because of our innovative legacy built on trust and subject matter expertise.
