A healthcare executive for over 30 years, Mr. Sanzo brings a solid understanding of the operational challenges faced by healthcare providers. He held executive positions for two major academic medical centers and served as the Chief Executive Officer for a one billion dollar enterprise for over a decade.
Mr. Sanzo joined the Net Health board in 2000 and served as a director for six months before being elected Chairman. In that position, he led Net Health through a major reorganization through which Net Health redefined its mission and initiated a plan to focus on the wound care market. Over the next decade, leveraging the strength of its two executives, Patrick Colletti and Christopher Hayes, Net Health grew to become the industry-leading provider of electronic clinical information systems and support for the wound care industry. Today, Net Health is a leading provider of HealthCare IT applications and services to several specialty markets caring for patients in acute, outpatient and post-acute markets.
Prior to joining Net Health, Mr. Sanzo served as the CEO for TeleTracking Technologies, a company he joined in late 2001. During his tenure, TeleTracking grew by more than 20x when measured by revenue, 17x when measured by EBITDA. and 5x when measured by market penetration. The company evolved from a workflow automation startup focusing on hospital support services to the world market and innovation leader in patient flow automation, capacity management and related operations improvements. With more than 800 clients in four countries, TeleTracking grew to become the biggest name in the market it defined. Mr. Sanzo also led the effort to acquire new technologies enabling an expansion into the Real-Time Location Systems Market, providing for years of additional growth and expansion.
Prior to joining TeleTracking, he co-founded two healthcare consulting companies, Ethos Capital, LLC, and Transition Management Group. Mr. Sanzo is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Josh Pickus is responsible for integrating Optima Healthcare Solutions into Net Health and will become CEO of Net Health upon completion of the integration. Josh has more than twenty years of entrepreneurial experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Net Health, Josh served as CEO of Optima, as CEO-in-Residence at Alpine Investors, and as Chief Executive Officer of high-growth software companies Niku and Support.com. Josh has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the software companies DemandTec, Conversica and Meta Software. Josh is passionately committed to delivering solutions that enable customers to improve healthcare for their patients.

At Net Health, Patrick has served as President, COO, CRO, and CMO. In the role of CiNO, he leads attraction and growth functions including marketing and communications, incubating new ideas as the EIR, and oversees those launches through commercialization. Patrick’s previous experience includes strategy and sales roles with Dorland Data Networks and American Lawyer Media, where he was part of the team that launched the online marketplace and content portal, now LAW.com. He has also been an Associate Professor of Marketing at Point Park University. Current and past directorships include Careform (ConnectiveRx), PHTC Services, National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), SDC, and Serving Leaders. Patrick is a graduate of Muskingum University, with double majors in Business and Philosophy. He, along with CTO Chris Hayes, won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2010.

Chris oversees software engineering, product management, and quality assurance for Net Health. Under his leadership, the company’s product focus has broadened from decision support tools to fully capable electronic medical record software and products to serve the broader outpatient specialty care markets. He was named a board director for Net Health in 2009. He serves on the board and is the President of the Avonworth Soccer Association. In 2010, along with President Patrick Colletti, he won the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Decision Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Aaron Brandwein directs the sales organization and has more than twenty years of experience in building revenue organizations for leading software companies focused on the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Optima, Aaron served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Homecare Homebase, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at HealthMEDX and as Vice President at HealthPort. Aaron believes passionately in empowering his team to exceed customer expectations.

Patrick oversees corporate accounting, finance operations, corporate data analytics, and legal. He has over 30 years of expansive professional experience including his time at Net Health. Previously, he served in a consulting role with a publicly traded company performing acquisition integration services and as the CFO of a start-up in the solar energy industry, where he was part of the executive team effort of raising over $150 million in funding. Mr. Rooney began his career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, where he had numerous leadership roles as a Partner.

Christine has more than 25 years’ experience leading both development and services organizations for numerous software technology companies including Optima Healthcare Solutions, MemberSuite and Siemens. Prior to joining Net Health, Christine served as the Chief Customer Officer for Optima Healthcare Solutions where she drove a cross-departmental, customer-centric focus throughout the organization. She is passionate about applying her diverse experience to build on our 25-year foundation of helping customers achieve success.

Jason is responsible for the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities including mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, and working with Net Health’s executive team to develop Net Health’s strategic plan. Jason brings over 20 years of experience in a broad range of corporate development, product management, and strategic planning roles with emerging and established healthcare and enterprise software companies. Jason has led or supported over a dozen transactions and post-merger/acquisition integration efforts, and has launched multiple new technologies and products to market. Before joining Net Health, Jason was the Vice President of Product Management and Managing Director, Business Analytics Division at TeleTracking Technologies, a provider of patient flow and capacity management solutions for hospitals. Jason has held previous senior-level roles in product management and strategic planning at EMC Corporation and Lucent Technologies, and held marketing, sales and business development positions at FTP Software. Jason has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Linda oversees Human Resource/Life functions at Net Health, with a focus on helping leaders and their teams to elevate their effectiveness and prepare for growth. For 15 years, Linda served as Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson Corporation, where she led a team of 60 HR professionals who served the HR needs of over 5,000 employees – including the establishment of a comprehensive Leadership Development and Succession Planning system. Linda started her career as an external consultant and Master Trainer for Development Dimensions International, leading management development initiatives in organizations such as Coca-Cola, AT&T and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Linda earned a Ph.D. in Organization Development from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Regent University.
