Jessica Zeff is responsible for leading regulatory compliance efforts across all Net Health products. She has more than 15 years of healthcare compliance experience in a range of healthcare settings. Jessica came to Net Health having led the compliance and privacy program at a health plan and working within Medicaid and Medicare program requirements. Prior to that, Jessica worked for England’s national healthcare regulator, assessing the safety and quality of healthcare provided in acute and community hospitals against established regulatory and clinical standards. As a result, Jessica is well versed in interpreting a range of complex regulatory frameworks and successfully implementing compliance requirements. Jessica graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, with a BA in English and Sociology. She then obtained an MSc in Political Science and a JD in Law in London, England. Jessica is also a member of HCCA.
